Building Survey
A detailed inspection of a building and comprehensive illustrated report on its construction and condition. Ideal where a property is of some age and needs repair.

RICS Homebuyers
A tried and tested intermediate level survey in a prescribed format. Ideal where a purchase is contemplated but the client is keen to keep fees at an economical level.

ISA Home Survey
An intermediate level survey which is an alternative to the RICS Homebuyer Report. Its format is less restricted and allows a free style of reporting which some purchasers may find easier to read.

Residential Condition Report
A condensed “schedule” of defects and advice where a building is in poor condition and needs above average repair and renovation works. Designed as an aid to decision making at a reasonable cost. It can be produced relatively quickly.

Abbreviated Survey and Valuation
A walk-through inspection usually more suited to modern property where the client wants peace of mind and doesn’t want a detailed report.

Development Appraisal
For building companies, Housing Associations, buy-to-let investors, banks and other lenders.

Valuations
For insurance reinstatement, inheritance tax. probate, divorce, purchase and mortgage purposes.
